Lumina Project (“Lumina”, “we”, “us”) is an artificial intelligence consulting and training company based in Albania. We help organisations adopt AI through training programmes, AI solutions and automation, and industry events such as conferences and hackathons.

AI Potential Analysis: your answers about how your organisation uses AI, your company name, industry and size, and your name, email address, phone number and role. We ask for your consent before you submit this information.

We do not collect any payment data through this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We use the data you submit to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and send you the results of your AI Potential Analysis, and to follow up about our training, solutions and events where you have asked us to.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the information you choose to share, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to messages you send us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

When you submit the contact form or the AI Potential Analysis, your answers are emailed to our team inbox and kept in our email account. Submissions are not stored in a public database on this website.

Our website and email infrastructure are hosted by our service providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase and the email delivery providers they rely on), who process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.

We only share your data with the service providers listed above, with professional advisers where necessary, or where we are legally required to do so. We never sell or rent your personal data.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as long as required by law. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so unless we are legally obliged to retain it.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to receive your data in a portable format.

You can exercise these rights by writing to sonja.alushi@luminaproject.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Albania the Commissioner for Information and Data Protection (Komisioneri për të Drejtat e Informimit dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave Personale).
